So, When me and Pie first collabed on a set of Gummi Sharks, she let me have Neptune (left) even though she really liked him, and then when we did our most recent collab, she really liked Frecklepool (right) and thought they'd be great bros, and I'm all like yay! It makes up for Neptune!

XD I've been planning to draw them since we came to the epiphany.

I forgot to line their clothes, and then just decided to omit it *lazy*

The original sketch has them leaning on each other and I was going to try and put them closer together, but their tails make it hard OTL

So for now have this.

I joke that other gummi sharks make fun of Frecklepool because of his cute name, but that's why these two are friends. Neither of them care.

Oh wow, I really love the subdued colors you used for the background! Nice difference from the other beach scene you did XD Everything blends together really nicely and has a nice soft, ethereal touch to it.

Thank you~ I wanted the BG to blend with them, so I took colors from the characters and then tried to subdue their colors too.

The lighting in this is a lot different/simpler than that last one too OTL

<3 I wanted it to be as serene as I imagine these two would be.
